Georg Rauscher III
(Quality Management)

From 1965 to 2002, he served as Managing Director of the Tower Clock Factory. To this day, he remains deeply committed to upholding the company’s high-quality standards and—together with his son-in-law, Sören—ensuring complete customer satisfaction. His extensive network of contacts with churches, municipalities, and cities, built over 60 years in the business, remains a vital asset for acquiring new clients and expanding into new markets.

Sören Draack
(Customer Service Bells & Managing Director)

Husband of Ingrid Rauscher, Sören joined the company in 1993 after completing his degree in Economics at the University of Regensburg. He has served as Managing Director since 2002 and, together with his wife Ingrid, upholds the family tradition now in its fourth generation. Today, he oversees customer service, project management, and business acquisition.

Ingrid Rauscher
(Field Service, Accounting & Customer Support)

The youngest daughter of Elisabeth and Georg Rauscher, she joined the company in 1994 after completing her degree in Business Administration. Today, she oversees administration, including HR management, operations coordination, and order fulfillment logistics. She serves as a competent point of contact for customers across all departments.

Elisabeth Rauscher
(R&D and Procurement)

While pursuing her degree in Electrical Engineering, she also qualified as a Precision Mechanics Master Craftsman. As a certified engineer, she now leads electronic development for our control clocks and electronic regulation systems, while driving innovation in mechanical components across our production lines.

Christine Rauscher
(Export, Domestic Clocks & Public Relations)

After earning her degree in International Business (1993), she worked for a global auditing firm in Paris. Since 1998, her ongoing participation at Baselworld (the world's premier watch and jewelry trade fair) has cultivated an international clientele she continues to expand and support. For homeowners, architects, or hoteliers seeking unique clocks for facades or interiors, she is your ideal consultant.
