Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions govern the scope of delivery and services. Delivery is included in the offer. Illustrations and drawings serve to visualize and clarify the text.
Subject to change without prior notice. Subject to intellectual property rights of technical drawings, quotations, catalogues, all written words and pictures. All additional information, pictures or drawings coming with our quotation are reserved for the receiver and must not be given to a third party. Prices are ex works Regensburg without packaging and transport. Delivery is at receiver’s risk.
Our General Terms and Conditions also stipulate all provisions regarding shipping. Shipping is undertaken at the recipient's risk. The quoted prices are net; they are based on payment terms of 30 days after delivery, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon. All payments must be made exclusively to us. Agreed delivery periods apply ex works and commence only from the time at which all data necessary for the execution of the order has been clarified. We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by strikes or force majeure. Such delays also do not entitle the customer to cancel the order.
The auxiliary services and ancillary work required for the installation of the plant shall be borne by the Purchaser. For the duration of the assembly work, a fitter or blacksmith, as well as a carpenter—complete with materials—shall be made available free of charge, to the extent required. Our quotations do not include the costs for scaffolding to be erected by the Purchaser.
Helpers etc. are at the expenses of the buyer. Our quotations do not include the costs for scaffolding or electrical wiring which is necessary to connect our master clocks, movements or other electric devices.
We provide a warranty of three years for all mechanically operating parts of a system. For all purely electrical components—such as motors, switches, contacts, and similar items—we provide a warranty coverage of one year. We undertake to remedy, free of charge, any defects that arise during the warranty period, provided it can be demonstrated that such defects fall within our sphere of responsibility (e.g., defective materials or faulty design).
