85 Years Tradition in Progress
Four Generations (and counting...) are the secret behind Rauscher
products. A historical responsibility that is respected not only by
the family members but also by all of our highly skilled workers.
Together we guarantee highest possible quality for lifelong precision
functioning of all Rauscher products.
Staff (mechanicians, precision mechanicians)
In case of technical questions with regards to special projects, our
staff of mechanicians and precision mechanicians will be happy to give
you all answers. Our qualified employees will follow construction and
assembly of all kind of tower clock systems and inform you about functioning
and maintaining of Rauscher products.
Georg Rauscher III (client service for tower clocks, Quality Management)
Managing Director from 1965 to 2002. Today his primary task is to assure
the company's high quality standards and - together with his son-in-law
Sören - the satisfaction of all clients. His almost 45 years of experience
in the business put him also in charge of city-, community- and
church-relations, vital for the acquisition of new clients and
projects.
Sören Draack (client service for bells, General Management)
Sören entered the company after graduation from the University of
Regensburg with a Master degree in Economics in 1993. Since 2002
he is the Managing director of the firm and keeps up together with
his wife Ingrid the companies tradition in the 4th generation now.
Together with his father-in-law Georg Rauscher III he is in charge
of client services, project management and new business activities.
Ingrid Rauscher (logistics, sales departement)
Youngest daughter of Elisabeth and Georg Rauscher III. After her
graduation and MBA in 1994 she is now in charge of keeping the
administration in perfect shape. She deals with all aspects of
human ressources and internal coordination of the company and
is also in contact with clients on a day to day basis, responding
to their manyfold questions and thus assuring their complete
satisfaction.
Elisabeth Rauscher (elektronics, buying department)
After receiving her university Electronical Engineering master degree
parallel to her master certificate in precision mechanics, Elisabeth
is today in charge of engineering as well as R+D for the Rauscher
DIgiTimer and other Rauscher products.
Christine Rauscher (Turret Clock, Architectural clocks, public relation)
After graduating from the University of Regensburg with a Master in Business
Administration in 1993, she worked with a multinational Paris based
auditing company. In 1997, Christine has taken over the international
distribution of Rauscher custom made products. Christine operates
out of a restaured 18 th century mansion that once served as warehouse
to the company and is now office and showroom displaying ancient and
recent Rauscher products.
† Georg Rauscher II
In spring 2003 our senior manager to our regret has died. Son of the
company's founder, he led the company for over 35 years into the 20th
century. With his 92 years he still was involved in daily business.
He was also the company's brain when it comes to the ancient art of
tower clock making. His and his father's calculations and technical
drawings will serve the generations to come as a base for keeping
up the family tradition.
